Iga Swiatek received a one-month ban from the ITIA (International Tennis Integrity Agency) after the Pole tested positive for trimetazidine, a banned substance, in August. However, the tennis fraternity was divided over the lenient nature of the punishment, which came after the ITIA determined that she bore 'No Significant Fault or Negligence'.

Andy Roddick, who supported Jannik Sinner, during his doping saga, also showed his support for the Pole,

"So let's talk about the doping actually it's not even doping just contaminated substances and testing for a billionths of grams and some of the players chirping about these champions that will be hall of famers, when they've never put in 2 good days of work together simultaneously in their lives."

However, the Novak Djokovic superfan questioned highlighted how the American attacked players who spoke against Swiatek and Sinner and asked Roddick to name the players who he was referring to.

"As I predicted, Andy Roddick is of course supporting Swiatek; the establishment stick together. I was stunned however that he said this about pro players who dared spoke up against the case on @Served_Podcast. Very disrespectful @andyroddick how do you know that they don't put the hard work in? Which players are you referring too Andy?" the fan questioned.

However, Roddick hasn't responded to the superfan.

Nick Kyrgios, who sides with Pavvy G, also said that Andy Roddick had taken the side of corruption and also seemingly accused the American of taking performance-enhancing drugs.
