Frances Tiafoe recently gushed over girlfriend Ayan Broomfield after she bid farewell to 2024 and ushered in 2025 by sharing some of her most memorable moments from last year. Tiafoe and Broomfield began dating in 2015 and made their relationship public three years later.

On Wednesday, January 1, 2025, Frances Tiafoe's girlfriend Ayan Broomfield took to Instagram and shared 20 pictures featuring her most cherished experiences from 2024. Some of the photos featured Broomfield alongside Tiafoe, while a few others were from the former's modeling assignments.

One picture was of the tennis couple spending time with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce in November, following the Kansas City Chiefs' win over the Denver Broncos in the AFC West. Ayan Broomfield captioned the post:

"👋🏽2024, 2025, I’m coming for ya."

Broomfield's boyfriend Frances Tiafoe, smitten by her stunning series of pictures, reacted in the comments. The former World No. 10 and two-time US Open semifinalist wrote:

When Ayan Broomfield and Frances Tiafoe started seeing each other, both the Canadian and the American were aspiring tennis players. While Broomfield hasn't quite hit the heights in women's tennis that Tiafoe has on the men's side, she did taste success at college tennis level, having won the women's doubles category at the 2019 NCAA Division I Women's Tennis Championship.

Broomfield and Tiafoe are currently in Australia, as the former ATP No. 10 gears up for the Australian Open, 2025's first tennis Major.

Broomfield shared a handful of social media posts following her and Tiafoe's arrival in Brisbane, the couple's first stop on the two-time US Open semifinalist's Australian swing. Tiafoe featured in the 2025 Brisbane International, one of several events in the buildup to the Australian Open.

The American was the No. 4 seed at the combined ATP 250 and WTA 500 event, and started his campaign with a 7-6(5), 6-3 win over home hope Adam Walton. However, Tiafoe, currently ranked No. 18 on the ATP Tour rankings, fell to a straight sets loss in the next round to the unseeded Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard.

Tiafoe struggled mightily against the big-serving Frenchman, who, at only 21, has already established himself as a player with a fearsome serve. Mpetshi Perricard fired 20 aces and capitalized on one of three break point opportunities to stun the American 6-4, 7-6(4).
