Naomi Osaka laid out her two big goals ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics. She revealed that she wanted to get a souvenir for her daughter Shai and also get a Haitian pin. Osaka was born to a Japanese mother and a Haitian father.

Osaka recently posted a 'Get ready with me' video on her social media, where she detailed her off-court goals for the Olympics. The first goal was to buy a souvenir for her daughter Shai.

"Get ready with me to go to the Olympic Village and I have two very important goals in mind. One is to buy Shai a very cute souvenir from the Olympic souvenir store," she said.

The Japanese said that would go to lengths to secure for herself a Haitian pin, adding that either she would 'bargain, hassle, stop' a Haiti athlete or wait outside the Haitian building to get the same.

"And then two, this is honestly one but Shai is one, I am going to bargain, hassle, stop anybody that has a Haitian pin and I am going to beg them for it or I am going to park myself outside of the Haitian building. I might go in, I don’t know, and ask ‘Can I please have a Haitian pin?’," she said.

Showing off her Japanese pins, she reminisced about not being able to get a pin during the Tokyo Olympics.

"So yeah these are my Japanese pins and I am hoping that I can get a Haitian one. I will update everybody fingers crossed. This is my goal I wasn’t able to get one in Tokyo but yeah this is my goal. You will see me stopping every Haitian athlete or parked outside of the Haitian building," she said.
