Iga Swiatek's Billie Jean King Cup captain and Agnieszka Radwanska's husband Dawid Celt dropped a three-word reaction to Danielle Collins' sixth consecutive loss. The American is currently involved in a feud with Polish superstar Iga Swiatek.

Collins lost to Ons Jabeur in the opening round of the Adelaide International 6-7(6), 2-6 which was her sixth consecutive defeat since her loss to Swiatek at the Paris Olympics. The American has lost in the opening rounds of the Monterrey Open, the US Open, the Guadalajara Open, the Billie Jean King Cup Finals, and now in Adelaide.

A Polish tennis news page on X (formerly Twitter) reported the news of Collins' sixth consecutive defeat, which sparked a reaction from Dawid Celt, Iga Swiatek and Poland's Billie Jean King Cup captain.

"And very good," a translated version of Celt's response.

Swiatek and Collins' controversy started at the Paris Olympics when the latter confronted the former of their match for being 'insincere' during the ceremonious handshake at the end after she retired due to an abdominal injury. This confrontation left the Pole shocked as she couldn't understand what she did wrong.

The feud re-sparked again at the United Cup where Poland and the USA faced each other in the final, where Collins made a face after shaking hands with the Pole. She also took the feud off the court by changing her profile picture on social media and taking indirect jibes at the World No. 2.

During an interview with the Athletic in November 2024, Danielle Collins explained that her controversial confrontation with Iga Swiatek at the Paris Olympics wasn't as big as it was made out to be.

"I think what happened on the court is very much just like sometimes people have friction at work," Collins said. "For most people, it's not on the news. I'm trying to be the best person that I can be, but that's not to say that I don't fall short of that. I could have taken a different approach and done some things differently. But we had a moment there on court."

The 31-year-old admitted that she could have used a different approach in confronting the Pole. She also mentioned that these situations were often blown out of proportion when women were involved.

"She's not someone that I really get to see a lot at the tennis and she's very guarded with her group. We all make mistakes and fall short. And I'm just trying to put that behind me. I think when guys kind of get into a little tiff or a little bit of friction, I think that it's kind of expected. With women, it becomes this way bigger issue than it really needs to be. There's a lot of extrapolation," Collins said.

It is interesting to note that Iga Swiatek and Danielle Collins have faced each other eight times with the Pole leading 7-1. However, the two women have a 1-1 record at the Australian Open, the next tournament both women will compete.
