Iga Swiatek's coach, Wim Fissette's wife, Jasmien Clijsner recently shared a heartwarming picture of their sons, Arthur and Louis, cheering on the former World No.1 at the 2025 Australian Open. Swiatek's best performance at the Grand Slam was in 2022 when she reached the semifinals before losing to eventual runner-up Danielle Collins.
Swiatek kicked off her 2025 season by leading Team Poland to a runner-up finish at the United Cup. She is seeded second at the Melbourne major and began her campaign by defeating Katerina Siniakova 6-3, 6-4 in the first round.
In the second round, the five-time Grand Slam champion dominated Slovakia's Rebecca Sramkova with a 6-0, 6-2 victory in just an hour at the Rod Laver Arena, securing her spot in the third round.
Following her win, Iga Swiatek's head coach, Wim Fissette, who joined her team in October 2024, shared a post from his wife on social media. The post featured an adorable picture of their sons showing their support for Swiatek during her second round victory at the Australian Open

Prior to coaching Swiatek, Wim Fissette had worked with other top players such as Kim Clijsters, Simona Halep, Victoria Azarenka, Angelique Kerber, Naomi Osaka, and Zheng Qinwen.
Iga Swiatek will face Emma Raducanu in Australian Open 2025 3R
Iga Swiatek will take on Emma Raducanu in the third round of the 2025 Australian Open. Both players have faced each other three times on the WTA Tour, with Swiatek winning all three of those matches.
Their most recent match-up was in the quarterfinals of the 2024 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart, where the former World No. 1 triumphed with a score of 7-6(2), 6-3.
Raducanu was scheduled to kick off her 2025 season at the ASB Classic, but withdrew from the WTA 250 hard court event in Auckland due to a back injury. Despite this setback, she made a strong start at the Melbourne major by defeating 26th seed Ekaterina Alexandrova 7-6(4), 7-6(2) in the first round.
In the second round, she secured a victory over Amanda Anisimova with a score of 6-3, 7-5 to move to the third round where she will go up against Swiatek.
The winner of the third round match between Swiatek and Raducanu will advance to face either Jaqueline Cristian or Eva Lys in the fourth round of the 2025 Australian Open.
