In Pictures: Aryna Sabalenka flaunts her stylish new Nike sneakers ahead of WTA Finals 2024

Aryna Sabalenka recently showed off her chic new Nike sneakers ahead of the upcoming 2024 WTA Finals. This year marks Sabalenka's fourth appearance at the season-ending tournament, having previously competed in 2021, 2022, and 2023

Sabalenka has had an exceptional season, claiming four titles, that include two Grand Slams and two WTA 1000 tournaments. She kicked off her year by clinching the Australian Open title after defeating Zheng Qinwen in the final .

The 26-year old then won the Cincinnati Open and the US Open by triumphing over Jessica Pegula on both occasions. The last title which the three-time Grand Slam champion secured was the Wuhan Open title where she once again bested Zheng Qinwen in the final.

Due to her outstanding performances, Aryna Sabalenka reclaimed the World No.1 ranking from Iga Swiatek and secured her spot in the upcoming WTA Finals which is scheduled to take place from November 2 to November 9, 2024, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Most recently, Sabalenka took to social media to share a couple of pictures of her new Nike sneakers . The sneakers featured a stylish white and olive green design with white and pink laces . She added several pink and white heart emojis in her post

"💞 🤍 💞 💞 ," Sabalenka added to her Instagram stories.

Aryna Sabalenka's best result at WTA Finals came in 2022

Aryna Sabalenka will feature alongside the likes of Iga Swiatek, Jasmine Paolini, Coco Gauff, Jessica Pegula, Elena Rybakina, Zheng Qinwen, and Barbora Krejcikova for the singles event at the 2024 WTA Finals.

Sabalenka's best performance at the season-ending tournament was in 2022 when she finished as the runner-up. She had kicked off her campaign with a victory over Ons Jabeur in a match that ended 6-3, 7-6, 7-5. Despite a 6-2, 6-4 loss to Maria Sakkari in the following round, the Belarusian bounced back with a win against Jessica Pegula in the final group stage match.

In the semifinals, Aryna Sabalenka had defeated Iga Swiatek in a hard-fought battle that ended 6-2, 2-6, 6-1. However, she fell short in the final match against Caroline Garcia, losing 6-7, 4-6, and finishing as the runner-up.

In 2023, Sabalenka had a semifinals run at the WTA Finals. She started strong by defeating Maria Sakkari in the opening match, but fell to the eventual runner-up, Jessica Pegula in the next round.

The three-time Grand Slam champion then bounced back and secured a victory against Elena Rybakina in the last match of the group stages. However, her campaign came to an end in the semifinals when she was defeated by the eventual champion, Iga Swiatek.
