Caroline Wozniacki rang in her 34th birthday with an adorable beach getaway with her husband David Lee and kids Olivia and James. The family was all smiles as they celebrated the occasion alongside friends on the pristine coasts of Monte Carlo.
Wozniacki is coming off a third-round exit at the Wimbledon Championships. She kicked off her tournament on a strong note, dropping just two games in her opening-round encounter against Alycia Parks. She was put to the test by 30th seed Leylah Fernandez in the following round but ultimately came out on top in three sets.
Up against fourth seed and eventual semifinalist Elena Rybakina in the third round, Wozniacki failed to get going and was eventually defeated 0-6, 1-6.
The Dane quickly brushed off the disappointment as she celebrated her birthday in style alongside her family and close friends. She gave fans a glimpse of their outing on the beach, with photos of her alongside her husband David, and children Olivia and James. The family also posed for a group photo alongside their friends.
"My Birthday well spent with family and friends! Heart is full! Thank you for all the birthday wishes," Caroline Wozniacki wrote on Instagram.
The overwhelmed Dane made sure to thank her fans for all their birthday wishes, too. Her husband and retired NBA star David Lee jumped into the comments and made sure to remind her just how much her family loves her while writing:
"Happy birthday, wifey! Our family loves you so much."
Wozniacki holds a 9-9 W/L record this season so far. Her run to the quarterfinals of the BNP Paribas Open and Bad Homburg have been her best result.
