Eugenie Bouchard shared photos of her cow-themed Halloween costume. Her Halloween festivities took place in Miami Beach, Florida.
Bouchard made her name on the tennis circuit after she had a standout season in 2014. That year, she became the first Canadian to reach the Wimbledon Championships final and also had semifinal runs at both the Australian Open and the French Open
However, following her breakout season in 2014, Bouchard encountered challenges in the form of injuries, which in turn significantly impacted her performances on the WTA tour.
In 2024, Eugenie Bouchard participated in just three tournaments, starting with the 2024 Florida's Sports Coast Open, an event on the ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. She competed in both the singles and doubles event.
The former World No.5 then partnered with Sloane Stephens and got a wild card entry to the 2024 Citi Open doubles event. But the American-Canadian duo fell short in the first round, losing to Ashlyn Krueger and Xu Yifan.
Bouchard's last appearance on the WTA tour this season was at the 2024 Canadian Open, where she failed to advance to the main draw after being defeated by Moyuka Uchijima in the qualifiers.
Most recently, Bouchard took to social media to show off her Halloween look, which featured a cow-themed body-suit, a milk carton-inspired purse, and a hair band, which was in the shape of cow horns and ears.
"moo," Bouchard captioned her Instagram post.
Despite her limited appearances on the tennis court this season, Bouchard has attended various tennis-related events. The Canadian made appearances at the 2024 ESPY Awards and the Los Angeles premiere of the tennis-centric movie "Challengers," among others.
