Ana Ivanovic, Martina Hingis, and other female tennis stars enjoyed a welcome dinner ahead of the 2024 Luxembourg Ladies Tennis Masters. The third edition of the exhibition tournament runs from October 17 to October 20 at the Coque-Centre National Sportif et Culturel in Luxembourg, Kirchberg.
The 2024 edition will feature Ivanovic, Hingis, Dominika Cibulkova, Flavia Pennetta, Andrea Petkovic, Kirsten Flipenks, Magdalena Rybarikova, and Laura Robson. Interestingly, Kim Clijsters and Anett Kontaveit, who won the title in 2022 and 2023 respectively, won't be competing.
The stars have arrived for the third edition of the highly anticipated event. Ahead of their campaign, the ladies went out for dinner at the Coque on October 16th. They all donned stylish attires for the event and turned heads with their dazzling looks.

The four-day exhibition event is an invitational tournament that features four former Top 10 players and four former Top 50 players with the winner taking $52,850 home out of the $119,075 purse.
Speaking about the event, tournament director Danielle Maas of International Women’s Tennis Promotion (IWTP) hailed the 'unique' exhibition for bringing together some legends of tennis to help the sport grow in Luxembourg.
“We are unique in the world at the moment and we want to stay that way. We organize this legends event to promote women’s tennis and this beautiful country of Luxembourg and it’s the professionalism of our players that makes it so successful.”
Martina Hingis will take on Laura Robson on Day 1, Anna Ivanovic to play Kirsten Flipkens on Day 2 in Luxembourg Ladies Tennis Masters QF
Martina Hingis, the top seed, will take on Laura Robson in the first quarterfinal of Day 1 following which Magdalena Rybarikova will face fourth seed Andrea Petkovic. The winner of the two matches will set up a semifinal clash on the 19th of October.
On Day 2, Kirsten Flipkens will meet second seed Ana Ivanovic in the first match of the day after which Dominika Cibullkova, the third seed, will take on Flavia Pennetta. The winner of these two matches will set up the second semifinal of the event.
Hingis came close to winning the inaugural edition of the exhibition event but fell to Kim Clijsters 7-5, 6-2 in the final.
