Novak Djokovic recently attended the Prelude to the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, where he was seen interacting with Serena Williams and American actress Zendaya. Four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka and several other notable figures also attended the event

On Thursday, July 25, ahead of the opening ceremony and the Games at the Paris Olympics, numerous athletes, actors, and influential figures from the fashion industry attended the Prelude party which was held at Fondation Louis Vuitton.

The party was hosted by 23-time Grand Slam champion and four-time Olympic medal winner Serena Williams, South African and American actress Charlize Theron, Spanish singer and songwriter Rosalía, and French actor Omar Sy.

Vogue organized the event, with Anna Wintour as the co-host. She was supported by Louis Vuitton's men's creative director Pharrell Williams, LVHM's chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault, and Comcast NBCUniversal CEO Brian Roberts.

Pictures from the Prelude to the 2024 Olympic Games party quickly made rounds on social media. Novak Djokovic, who will be making his fifth appearance at the Games, was seen interacting with Serena Williams and American film director Spike Lee.

Naomi Osaka attended the party in a baby-blue puffed-sleeve shirt. She paired the shirt with a high-low black skirt and elegantly styled her hair in a bun.

Djokovic, who was accompanied by his wife Jelena, was seen mingling with Zendaya while walking along a three-lane track which served as a unique twist to the traditional red carpet for the guests' arrivals.

Novak Djokovic has only won one Olympic medal, a bronze at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. During that tournament, Djokovic was seeded third and began his campaign by defeating Robby Ginepri and Rainer Schuttler in the first and second rounds, respectively. The former World No.1 then overcame Russia's Mikhail Youzhny in the next round Gael Monfils in the quarterfinals.

Djokovic lost in the semifinals to the second seed and eventual gold medalist Rafael Nadal. However, he then triumphed over James Blake to secure the bronze medal.

Meanwhile, Serena Williams has had one of the most successful and remarkable Olympic careers, winning multiple gold medals. She has won one gold medal in the singles event and three gold medals in the doubles event while partnering with her sister Venus Williams.

Williams clinched her singles gold at the 2012 London Olympics. She was seeded fourth in the tournament and defeated players like Jelena Jankovic, Urszula Radwanska, Vera Zvonareva, Caroline Wozniacki, Victoria Azarenka, and Maria Sharapova to secure the medal.

In the doubles event, Venus and Serena Williams have been a dominant force. They won their first gold medal together at the 2000 Sydney Olympics by defeating the Dutch pair of Kristie Boogert and Miriam Oremans. The Williams sisters continued their success by winning their second gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics against the Spanish pair of Anabel Medina Garrigues and Virginia Ruano Pascual.

Their final gold medal came at the 2012 London Olympics when they triumphed over the Czech Republic's Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka in the summit clash.
