American tennis star Sloane Stephens celebrated her stepson Cameron's ninth birthday with a lively and fun monster-themed birthday party with husband Jozy Altidore.

Stephens and Altidore exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony in January 2022. Altidore, a prominent player on the United States national soccer team, boasts of a remarkable career with over 100 national team appearances. He also has a notable achievement of winning the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Throughout his career, he has donned jerseys for esteemed clubs such as Villarreal, Hull City, Sunderland, and Toronto FC, among others. Presently, he continues to make his mark on the field, representing the Mexican club Puebla.

In a recent Instagram post shared by Sloane Stephens on a Tuesday, she captured a delightful moment with her husband, Altidore, their stepson Cameron, and a group of children. They were all revelling in a spooky-themed setting as they celebrated Cameron's 9th birthday.

In the adorable pictures, cakes were prominently on display, each adorned with the number 9.

Sloane Stephens became a Grand Slam champion at the 2017 US Open when she won the women's singles title. The tournament marked a significant comeback for her after she had been sidelined for almost a year due to a foot injury.

In the first round, she confronted the Italian tennis star Roberta Vinci, emerging victorious with a score of 7-5, 6-1. Her journey continued as she faced Dominika Cibulková in a hard-fought battle, triumphing with a final score of 6-2, 5-7, 6-3.

In the third round of the New York major, she displayed her prowess by defeating former world No. 1 Ashleigh Barty with a score of 6-2, 6-4.

In the Round of 16, she went up against German star Julia Görges and showed her resilience by winning the match with a scoreline of 3-6, 6-3, 6-1.

Her quarterfinal match featured a challenging contest with Anastasija Sevastova, which she won 6-3, 3-6, 7-6.

In the semifinals, Stephens faced the seven-time Grand Slam champion, Venus Williams, and she secured a hard-fought victory with a score of 6-1, 0-6, 7-5.

The stage was set for an all-American final as she met Madison Keys, whom she defeated convincingly in two sets, with a final score of 6-3, 6-0, ultimately clinching the 2017 US Open title.

Sloane Stephens made history by becoming the first American woman, aside from the Williams sisters, to win a major title since 2002, and the lowest-ranked US Open champion ever.
