Stefanos Tsitsipas reflected on his 2024 year and shared pictures of the moments he spent with his girlfriend Paula Badosa. Tsitsipas concluded his 2024 tennis season by competing at the Paris Masters, where he reached the quarterfinals before losing to eventual champion Alexander Zverev.

Following the end of his season, Tsitsipas and Badosa have taken some time away from the tennis court to enjoy their off-season. They had gone on a romantic getaway trip to Iceland. Recently, the former World No.3 took to social media to share a series of pictures, some with his girlfriend Badosa and some of the special moments from his life in 2024.

In the caption of his post, Tsitsipas stated that 2024 has been a "quiet storm of evolution" for him. He also alluded to the fact that he is looking forward to the experiences life will bring him next in 2025.

“The past months have been a quiet storm of evolution. Through flaws, risks, and endless possibility, life reveals its beauty-not in perfection, but in its bold unpredictability. What’s coming? Only time will tell. #TheArtOfBecoming ✨ ," Tsitsipas captioned his Instagram post.

Stefanos Tsitsipas finished the year with only one title to his name, which came at the Monte-Carlo Masters where he defeated Casper Ruud in the final. He also had a runner-up finish at the Barcelona Open and reached the semifinals at the Los Cabos Open and the Swiss Open.

In addition to the 2024 Paris Masters, the Greek had quarterfinal runs at five other tournaments this year: the Mexican Open, Italian Open, French Open, European Open, and the Swiss Indoor.

Tsitsipas participated in all four Grand Slam tournaments this year. At the Australian Open, he reached the fourth round before falling to eventual runner-up Taylor Fritz. He reached the quarterfinal at the French Open before losing to eventual champion Carlos Alcaraz.

At the Wimbledon Championships, the 26-year-old lost in the second round to Emil Ruusuvuori, and he was defeated in the first round at the US Open by Thanasi Kokkinakis.

Last month, during an interview with Alex Corretja, Paula Badosa revealed that Stefanos Tsitsipas deeply "cares" for her. She said that the Greek has been a "great support" for her during difficult times.

“He cares a lot about me. He's someone who empathizes a lot . He has been there in almost all my bad moments and has been a great support for me . And we have something that is also very beautiful in a couple, which is to admire each other," Badosa said [via Punto de Break, translated from Spanish]

Badosa also stated that there is mutual "respect" and 'admiration' between herself and Tsitsipas.

“We respect and admire each other a lot. Hearing those words from a great athlete like him motivates me. Having your partner believe in you also helps," she added

Both Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa have been making the most of their off-season. After their vacation in Iceland, the tennis duo jetted off to the picturesque Swiss Alps.
