Taylor Fritz's latest cameo appearance during a Kygo concert has sparked a debate among fans about his hair color. The brief glimpse of the American tennis star on stage left many wondering if he had dyed his hair blonde.

At the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, Kygo closed out the North American leg of his world tour. A video shared by American sports commentator Steve Weissman on X revealed the surprise guest for the LA show - World No. 6 tennis star Fritz, who joined the Norwegian artist on stage for his hit song "Stargazing."

While Fritz’s cameo was unexpected, it wasn’t just his singing that caught fans’ attention—it was also his hair. During his brief appearance, the 26-year-old's hair appeared noticeably different. To many fans, it seemed like the tennis star had finally bleached his hair, a move he has been considering for years.

"No way he bleached his hair," one fan wrote.

"IS THAT TAYLOR FRITZ IN HIS BLONDE ERA!?" another fan asked.

One fan was left unimpressed with Fritz's singing. They wrote:

"SINCE WHEN IS TAYLOR BLONDE AND god bless his soul he picked tennis because my brother in christ..."

One fan felt that the lighting made it difficult to tell for sure. They asked:

Taylor Fritz holds a "yearly poll" on whether he should bleach his hair

For at least three years straight, Taylor Fritz has been asking his followers on Instagram if he should bleach his hair going into the new year. In December 2022, he took to Instagram to share a picture of his long hair and wrote:

"Time for a cut..asked this question at the exact same time last year and it was a hard no..so let's run it back..do we bleach it?" asked Fritz in a poll on Instagram stories.

However, his girlfriend Morgan Riddle was surely one of the followers voting against it as she reposted it and wrote:

"Anyone who votes yes on this, I'll personally fight you," replied Riddle.

Earlier this year, Fritz posted a similar poll on Instagram and asked:

"Time to run back my favorite yearly poll... Do we bleach the hair."

Considering Fritz has yet to be seen with blonde hair, he likely never received enough votes from his followers to go through with it. However, following the fan speculation after his recent appearance at Kygo's concert, it will be interesting to see if the buzz surrounding his potential hair change is true.
