The highly anticipated 2025 Australian Open final, contested between top seed and two-time defending champion Aryna Sabalenka and 19th seed Madison Keys is underway. It should not be a surprise to anyone that a clash with such high stakes attracted some of the world's biggest stars.

Cinema legend and one of the greatest action superstars of all time Jackie Chan decided to grace the Rod Laver Arena with his presence. Also in attendance were two of Australian cricket's biggest names: The cricketing Maestro David Boon and the fiery pacer Brett Lee. Another Aussie sporting icon Ian Thorpe, a retired swimmer with five Olympic golds, was seated to witness the heated battle.

Chan also interacted with men's singles finalist Alexander Zverev earlier in the day. A video posted by the Australian Open's official YouTube channel showed the Rush Hour star touring the premises and meeting up with other players as well.

Also attending the Australian Open final is K-pop's newest sensation who boasts a massive 12.7 million followers on Instagram, Mark Lee. Luxury brand Ralph Lauren, which Lee is a brand ambassador of, took to X (formerly Twitter) to show a video of the K-pop sensation announcing his arrival.

On the tennis side of things, Madison Keys and Aryna Sabalenka are currently embroiled in a topsy-turvy battle.

Madison Keys reached her maiden Grand Slam final in 2017 at the US Open. However, what ensued was a heartbreaking 3-6, 0-6 defeat to her best friend Sloane Stephens and since then she faced many heartbreaking defeats.

The American has exhibited some of the best tennis of her career to reach the second Grand Final of her career. She defeated the likes of 10th seed Danielle Collins, sixth seed Elena Rybakina, and second seed Iga Swiatek en route.

On the other hand, the reigning queen of Melbourne has continued to exceed the expectations of many at the Happy Slam and has made it to her third-consecutive final at the venue, only dropping a single set en route to the final. She has defeated the likes of 14th seed Mirra Andreeva, 27th seed Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, and 11th seed Paula Badosa.

The head-to-head between the two women is at 4-1in favor of Sabalenka. However, her match against Keys is leveled at 3-6, 6-2.
