With less than a month remaining, Adidas has dropped its latest collection - the New York Collection, for the 2024 US Open and the players acted as models.
For women, there are three types of kits. The first kit was donned by Jessica Pegula and Elina Svitolina which is a full sleeve one-piece purple colored skirt. It has black and white colored sleeves that give an impression of extendable sleeves whereas the plaited skirt contains black highlights.
The second, donned by Caroline Wozniacki, is a sleeveless one-piece skirt with no highlights. The third type, donned by Maria Sakkari, is a two-piece lot with a top and skirt. Notably, the Greek's skirt did have black highlights. The color combinations for all of these kits are the same and a white open cap will be used by some players to complete their look.
Stefanos Tsitsipas and Alejandro Davdovich Fokina donned the men's kit. Both men wore half-sleeves with shorts and their signature headbands. While the color schemes matched the women's kits, the Spaniards wore a white color jersey accompanied by purple highlights on the sides.
There were many other kits with different patterns using the colors purple and white primarily, but also black.
