World No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz will commence his title defense against Facundo Bagnis on Friday. Having won the Indian Wells Masters over the past weekend, he's in contention to complete the coveted "Sunshine Double."
Maria Sakkari and Bianca Andreescu will face off in one of the most anticipated matches of the day. In a battle between two generations of players, veteran Petra Kvitova will take on teenager Linda Noskova.
Belinda Bencic, Aryna Sabalenka, Taylor Fritz, Tommy Paul and Alexander Zverev are some of the other well-known names in action. Americans Coco Gauff and Jessica Pegula will kick off their doubles campaign as well.
