Nick Kyrgios's girlfriend Costeen Hatzi recently revealed what her ideal date night with the 2022 Wimbledon finalist would look like. The couple has been dating since December 2021, and she has often accompanied Kyrgios to watch his matches as he travels on the ATP tour.

Nick Kyrgios's match against Wu Yibing in the first round of the 2023 Stuttgart Open is the only match the Australian played that year. He has been on the sidelines since then owing to wrist and knee injuries.

On Wednesday, "Wellness Australia" shared an interview featuring Hatzi, during which she was questioned about what activities she could outperform her boyfriend Krygios in. Responding to it, she stated that the Australian could beat her in any sport imaginable; however, she stated that she'd beat him in anything beauty-related.

“Nick is a very competitive person, I don't think I could beat him in any sport, seriously, no sport, he is good at bowling, he's good at running, anything you can think of he'll beat me, anything that's Beauty related, I'd say I'm definitely better than him,” she said

Inquiring about her ideal date night, the interviewers learned that Hatzi prioritizes a quiet evening, involving home-cooked food.

“Cooking at home and having a quiet night in, seriously it really is” Hatzi said

In January 2024, Kyrgios opened up about his relationship with Hatzi while appearing on the "What Now? with Trevor Noah" podcast. He appreciated Hatzi's presence in his life and mentioned that the best part of their relationship was their strong boundaries and mutual respect.

"I think the best thing about my relationship is that we have really nice, really good boundaries, and we both respect them. We know that trust is really the only currency you have in a relationship. Once you break it, I think it’s really hard, especially in the limelight. Once it’s a little bit broken, it’s really too hard to fix. But she’s just present. I think that’s one thing that I say about my girlfriend," he said (59:20)

The 29-year-old added that Hatzi understands the whirlwind of his life and is always supportive. Because of this, he cherishes her presence and the simple moments they share.

"She knows the whirlwind of my life. Like when I travel and when I’m in the spotlight and what I’m doing with negativity or positivity, and I'm winning and I’m stressed. She's just there. I just play in the biggest stadiums in the world, and I get back to the little hallway. She’s just waiting there, and she’s like, 'Yeah, you did really well,’ and it’s like she just sits there and she’s just like, ‘I’m proud of you,’ and we go home and will make food together. It's just like, I love the simplest of things," Nick Kyrgios added.

In May, Nick Kyrgios hinted at his return from injury by replying to a fan's question. He confirmed that he was back on the court, adding that he expects his forehand to be in serving form within a month.
