Novak Djokovic's wife Jelena has revealed that she lent her voice to a character in the Serbian-dubbed version of Pixar's Inside Out 2. The animated movie, sequel to the critically acclaimed Inside Out, will be released in Serbia soon this summer.

The Inside Out franchise follows a young girl named Riley and her journey involving characters depicting her range of emotions. The second installment of the movie will hit the theaters in the United States on Friday (June 14).

Jelena Djokovic likes that Pixar's movie addresses the importance of expressing emotions. The 37-year-old posted the movie's Serbian language poster for her followers on her Instagram Story on Wednesday, revealing her role in it and advocating healthy discourses on the topic of "emotions" in the caption.

"Yeyyyyyy.... Inside out 2 is finally airing in Serbia and I took a tiny voiceover part in it. Always in support of talking about emotions," Jelena Djokovic wrote.

Novak Djokovic and his wife are currently on vacation as the 24-time Major winner recovers from a knee injury. Jelena also took to Instagram on Thursday to share pictures from their getaway. The couple beams with joy in the photos.

"Magical wedding weekend with family ❤️🥹🥰👋🏻," she wrote in the caption.

The recently-displaced World No. 1 underwent a surgery for a torn meniscus in his right knee. He suffered the injury during his five-set fourth-round win at the 2024 French Open over Francisco Cerundolo, following which he was forced to withdraw from the tournament.

How did Novak Djokovic meet his wife, Jelena?

Novak Djokovic met his future wife Jelena (neé Ristic) in the early 2000s. Coincidentally, they went to the same high school in their home country, Serbia. True love blossomed soon afterward, and the two began dating in 2005.

Eight years later, they got engaged in Monte Carlo — the 24-time Major winner's residence from 2008 to 2020 — before getting married in a town called Sveti Stefan in Montenegro in July 2014. They had their first child, son Stefan, a few months later. In 2017, they were blessed with their second child, daughter Tara.

The Serb's family has supported him during his appearances at several big tournaments through the years. In what was an adorable moment, he began tearing up when he was asked about his family after a close championship match defeat to Carlos Alcaraz at last year's Wimbledon.

"It’s nice to see my son still there, still smiling," Djokovic said during the trophy ceremony at SW19 last year. "I love you. Thank you for supporting me and I will give you a big hug and we can all love each other."
