American tennis star Amanda Anisimova recently gave her fans a good laugh with a hilarious cooking fail. Anisimova took a moment to show her humorous side while rehabilitating from a hip injury sustained during her 2024 season.
Anisimova wrapped up her 2024 season after a challenging Wuhan Open campaign in China, where she had to withdraw during her second-round match against Marta Kostyuk due to a left hip injury.
Since then, she has been focusing on her recovery and enjoying her off-season. During this time, she has been sharing glimpses of her life off the court, including a particularly amusing cooking mishap.
On December 18, 2024, Anisimova posted a picture on her Instagram story. The image showed a part of the baking tray with parchment paper that had caught fire, along with the baked veggies that were meant to be part of a healthy meal.
"Let's not talk about last night though ..." Anisimova hilariously wrote.
This isn’t the only mishap Amanda Anisimova has experienced recently. Just last week, she shared a photo of a shattered scented candle jar and vented her frustration over the wax and glass shards stuck to the floor.
"I actually can't even rn. That's candle wax with glass... stuck to the fn floor," Anisimova wrote.
