Aryna Sabalenka recently shared a photo of herself working out in the intense heat of Dubai. She also flaunted her toned physique in the picture ahead of the 2024 WTA Finals.

Sabalenka has had an exceptional season so far, winning four titles along the way. She kicked off her year by securing her second Grand Slam of her career, the 2024 Australian Open title which she won after defeating Zheng Qinwen in the final. Then during the North American hard court swing, the Belarusian won the Cincinnati Open and the US Open by defeating Jessica Pegula on both occasions.

Most recently, the 26-year old emerged victorious in the final WTA 1000 tournament of the year, at the Wuhan Open where she was the double defending champion by overcoming Qinwen in the title clash.

Due to her outstanding performances this year, Sabalenka also surpassed Iga Swiatek to claim the World No.1 spot in the WTA rankings. She will enter the 2024 WTA Finals as the top-ranked player.

Following her title run in Wuhan, Aryna Sabalenka traveled to Dubai to prepare for the season-ending tournament which is set to take place from November 2 to November 9, 2024, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The World No. 1 recently took to social media to share a picture of herself after her workout session in the gym which she did in the sweltering Dubai weather. She also showed off her impressive physique.

Aryna Sabalenka had a semifinals finish at the WTA Finals in 2023. She had defeated Maria Sakkari 6-0, 6-1, Jessica Pegula 6-4, 6-3, and Elena Rybakina 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 in the group stages of the season-ending tournament. She then faced the eventual champion Iga Swiatek in the final four and lost to her 3-6, 2-6.

This year marks the World No. 1's fourth appearance at the WTA Finals, with her debut taking place in 2021. Sabalenka alongside the likes of Iga Swiatek, Jasmine Paolini, Coco Gauff, Jessica Pegula, Elena Rybakina, Zheng Qinwen, and Barbora Krejcikova will compete in this year's WTA Finals.

Aryna Sabalenka's most notable performance in the tournament was in 2022 when she finished runner-up. She had defeated the likes Ons Jabeur, Maria Sakkari, Pegula, and Swiatek. However, she narrowly missed the title as Caroline Garcia emerged victorious 7-6, 6-4 in the final.
