Tennis fans recently criticized the camera angle used during the match between Jannik Sinner and Daniil Medvedev at the Six Kings Slam exhibition. The exhibition tournament kicked off on October 16, 2024, and will run until October 19, 2024.

The Six Kings Slam is an exhibition tournament taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In addition to Sinner and Medvedev, the tournament also features players like Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Carlos Alcaraz, and Holger Rune

Djokovic and Nadal received byes directly to the semifinals, while Sinner faced Medvedev and Alcaraz took on Rune in the quarterfinals.

The Six Kings Slam began with Jannik Sinner defeating Daniil Medvedev 6-0, 6-3, and Alcaraz triumphing over Rune 6-4, 6-2. The World No.1 will next go up against Novak Djokovic in the semifinals, while Alcaraz will face Nadal in the final four.

However, fans were disappointed with the camera angle used for the broadcast of the quarterfinal match between Jannik Sinner and Daniil Medvedev. The camera angle was high, making it difficult for the viewers to see the ball clearly on television.

Fans took to social media to express their discontent, with one fan suggesting that the tournament prioritized promoting sponsors over providing a clear view of the match.

"Sacrificing the visibility of the sport itself to promote the sponsor is so backwards," a fan posted.

Another fan described the camera angle as making the match between Sinner and Medvedev "unwatchable."

"Was refreshing waiting for someone to post this 😄 , makes it unwatchable really. Quite disappointing that none of the team members told them how sh*t this camera angle is," a fan wrote.

Many fans criticized the camera angle for Jannik Sinner and Daniil Medvedev's match as "horrible" and "horrendous."

"Its horrible imo," a fan posted.
"Horrendous camera angle," a fan wrote.
"Yea that camera angle is aaaaasssssssssssss," a fan posted.

One fan pointed out the irony of the tournament's lavish prize money (6,000,000 USD for the winner) in contrast to the lack of investment in setting up a proper camera for the event.

"Zero visibility of the ball. How can people watch this on TV?" a fan wrote.
"So the Arab kings can afford to pay fortunes to the players but can't afford to set up a proper camera for the event? 😂 F**king hilarious," a fan posted.
