Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian celebrated the merch of his co-owned golf team Los Angeles Gold Club (LAGC) and called it the best in the whole of the TGL. The Reddit co-founder co-owns the team alongside the 23-time Grand Slam champion.
Ohanian took to his Instagram stories on Saturday, January 18, and shared a selfie wearing a hoodie from LAGC's merch. He hailed the team's apparel as the best in TGL and stressed that it never settled for less.
"Best merch in @tglgolf. We don't settle. @wearelagc @legends," he wrote.
Ohanian, who has a net worth of $150 million (via Celebrity Net Worth), made a large chunk of his money through tech and investments in cryptocurrencies. He owns the LAGC team alongside Serena Williams, Venus Williams, and daughter Olympia.
Ohanian, who also owns NWSL's Angel City FC, said that his decision to invest in the team was aimed at creating a lasting legacy for his family.
"To wit, my wife Serena [Williams] and I have enjoyed as Olympia’s taken a liking to golf. This is another piece of the legacy I’m building for my family and I hope this team can become a part of many families’ lives, too," he said [via TGLGolf.com].
TGL made its debut earlier this month on January 7 with New York Gold Club and Bay Gold Club locking horns in the opener while Ohanian's LAGC played its first match of the inaugural season against the Tiger Woods-led JLGC on January 14.

Los Angeles Gold Club kicked off its TGL campaign with a dominant victory against Jupiter Links Golf Club on January 14, and co-owners Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian were present at the SoFi Center to watch the win over the Tiger Woods-led team.
The Seven Seven Six owner was elated at the result and wrote in a post on X:
"Thank you all for making that a night to remember! Onward."
"Good start to the season, guys," he wrote in another post.
LAGC got off to a great start and took a commanding 5-0 lead after the first four holes. Tiger Woods, who made his first appearance in the league on Tuesday, scored the only point for JLGC by making a putt as LAGC raced to a commanding 12-1 victory.
