Serena Williams' longtime agent Jill Smoller was present in Emma Raducanu's box during the Brit's second-round match at the 2025 Australian Open. A former professional tennis player herself, the popular agent is hailed as one of the most monumental women in her industry.

Raducanu kicked off her campaign at the Happy Slam with a statement 7-6(4), 7-6(2) win over 26th seed Ekaterina Alexandrova. She next faced Amanda Anisimova in a clash that lived up to its hype, as the 22-year-old came back from 0-3 down in the second set to clinch an impressive 6-3, 7-5 win to reach the third round, her first time at the Melbourne Major.

Interestingly, there was an unexpected person seated in Emma Raducanu's box—Serena Williams' agent Jill Smoller. Smoller's powerful client list includes American track legend Allyson Felix, 4×400m hurdles great Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone, and New York Liberty star Sabrina Ionescu. On the tennis side, she is the agent of Frances Tiafoe.

During her appearance on the podcast Boardroom: Out of Office in 2021, Jill Smoller reminisced about how she first got the chance to represent Serena Williams.

Meanwhile, Raducanu is an immensely popular superstar and already has deals with brands such as Tiffany & Co, Dior, Evian, British Airways, Nike, Wilson, and many other brands. She is currently represented by Max Esienbud, who' has been her agent since 2021. Eisdenbud is the vice president of tennis at IMG (International Management Group)

However, Emma Raducanu will look to focus on her tennis for now as she faces one of the most dangerous players.
