Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian beams with pride after 'nailing' daughter Olympia's unique pancake request

Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian was delighted with himself after adding a new customization to his pancakes at his daughter Olympia's request. The Reddit co-founder has displayed creativity in his pancake-making abilities on numerous occasions.

Despite his hectic schedule, Ohanian tends to take time out for his daughters Olympia and Adira. The pancake-making sessions have seemed to become a tradition in the Ohanian-Williams family with the American father often sharing his pancake art with his fans on social media. He often impresses them with his special pancakes, which he tries to model after his daughters.

However, Olympia requested Ohanian to add maple syrup inside the pancake. The Reddit co-founder shared a photo of the final product and said that he felt he 'nailed' it.

"Olympia asked for a pancake with maple syrup inside… Some trial and error but I think this nailed it and it’s not the prettiest but the little bits that get caramelized really slap," Serena Williams' husband wrote on Instagram Stories.

Donning his 'Papa Pancakes' t-shirt, Ohanian once created some smurf theme pancakes back in November, which made Olympia think of her father as 'Brawny Smurf'. Ohanian said how she made her week with that comment.

Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian said he had to sacrifice the taste of his pancakes in order to get the art right. He explained how he couldn't make them too fluffy otherwise the image begins to contort.

"With pancakes, they taste okay. They are not the best possible tasting. Why? Part it's the consistency. To make them in the squeeze bottle, to make the art I want them to make, they can't be too fluffy," Ohanian said.

However, Ohanian added how Olympia was okay with the taste of his pancakes since she thought that's how pancakes usually taste.

"Because as they expand, they start to distort the image. So basically the pancake batter that I make doesn't taste great. It tastes fine but Olympia doesn't know any better. She just thinks that's what pancakes look and taste like," he added.

He also said that once Olympia began showing interest in her father's pancake art, Ohanian took it upon himself to become an 'expert'.

The Reddit co-founder also remarked that if his daughters ended up becoming the only people who remembered him for something, with the something being his pancakes, it would be a 'Major W'.
