Alexis Ohanian might be a world-famous entrepreneur, but in tennis circles, he's mostly known as the husband of Serena Williams. The American businessman made his money through various investments as well as being one of the founders of the social media platform Reddit. More recently, he's mostly been involved with investing together with his wife Serena, who always had a keen interest in business and investing.

She invested in many projects over the years, expanding her portfolio to a considerable size, and part of that has been investing in sports as well. Golf is a very popular sport, both in the US in general but also in Florida where the Ohanian-Williams family lives.

Alexis plays it and he recently gave his approval for the PGA Tour to collaborate with some pretty big golf content creators online, such as Paige Spiranac. The businessman probably knows a good idea when he sees it and this likely reads as a very good idea to drive the sport forward. Alexis Ohanian as a social media star

Alexis Ohanian has seen his social media profile and following increase quite a bit since his marriage to Serena Williams. It's only natural because Williams is one of the most popular athletes in the world with a historical career behind her.

So great that in fact many call her the greatest tennis player of all time and very few would dare to debate that. He's used that new platform quite smartly, promoting some of the business ventures he and his wife have undertaken, but also just in becoming a rather prominent name on the social media circuit. He's very active on all platforms, most notably X, where he often reacts to several things.

He recently reacted to the 30th anniversary of the PlayStation, reminiscing about his own youth. He frequently addresses even controversial topics, such as when he hit back at a reporter recently for his questioning of Gabby Thomas, who is a close associate of Ohanian.

He has also demonstrated a good sense of humor a few times, such as when he candidly said that he was no fan of tennis before meeting his wife. Afterward, he became a vehement supporter of Williams. He then grew more interested in women's sports overall and started investing in it. As he said, he was no fan of women's sports back in 2019.
