Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian gives review of daughter Olympia-loved Disney's Moana 2 featuring Dwayne Johnson and Auli'i Cravalho

Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian recently shared his thoughts after watching Disney's newly released animated film Moana 2. The movie, featuring the voices of Auli‘i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson, hit theaters on Wednesday (Nov. 27).

Ohanian took to X and shared the review of the recently released animated movie.

"MOANA II was great," he wrote.

The movie's soundtrack features songs such as "We're Back," "Beyond," "Finding the Way," and "Get Lost," many featuring Auli‘i Cravalho's vocals. Additionally, Johnson also made an impressive contribution by performing the track "Can I Get a Chee Hoo?"

Reacting to Ohanian's comments, entrepreneur Shane Mac asked the 41-year-old if he liked the soundtrack of Moana 2.

"Yes. Fun songs. Even better visuals. Older Moana, fun new characters, very down the fairway stuff. Great hero theme for her," he replied.

According to the initial reviews on Rotten Tomatoes (via Forbes), Moana 2 currently holds a 71% "fresh" rating, based on 51 critics' reviews.

The lead character of the animated movie is something that has piqued Olympia's interest. Nearly two years ago, Williams and Ohanian surprised Olympia on her fifth birthday with a "special" party, where Moana made a guest appearance.

Moreover, Ohanian has often shared the seven-year-old daughter's fondness for the animated character on social media. Last year, Olympia chose to draw Moana in her art class, and Ohanian posted the artwork on X.

On Wednesday (Nov. 27), Alexis Ohanian and Serena Williams shared glimpses of their visit to Disney World in Orlando, Florida, featuring a stunning formation of Star Wars' Stormtrooper army. The couple also took their daughter Olympia to enjoy the immersive, space-themed franchise.

Ohanian first shared a photo of Olympia on his Instagram story, showing the seven-year-old striking a pose as if ready to take on the Stormtroopers standing in formation.

"@olympiaohanian came out of that shuttle ready to FIGHT. That's my girl," he wrote.

Williams later shared a clip of the Stormtroopers' formation on her Instagram story.

The former World No. 1 and her husband Alexis Ohanian actively encourage their daughters' extracurricular activities. Last year, they took their daughter Olympia to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. During the visit, the family explored Savi's Workshop and crafted personalized lightsabers.

The Reddit co-founder and Serena Williams have long been passionate Disney fans. The couple, who met in 2015, married nearly two years later in a Disney-inspired fairytale-themed wedding.
