Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian fired up Washington Commanders with a strategic blueprint before their NFC Championship showdown
Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian shared a passionate and strategic message supporting his beloved Washington Commanders before their NFC Championship game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
In an X post on Sunday, Ohanian suggested that the Commanders should prioritize getting the ball to their key offensive player early in the game. He also advised the defense to focus on stopping Saquon Barkley, the Eagles' running back, by committing more defenders to the line of scrimmage.
Additionally, he anticipated that Commanders' tight end Zach Ertz, who previously played for the Eagles and has a history with the team, could have a standout performance against his former team.
"Feed your star on the first play of offense. Load the box against Saquon. And watch out for Ertz to have a big homecoming. Hail. @Commanders," Serena Williams' husband wrote.
This victory propelled the Eagles to Super Bowl LIX, marking their second appearance in three seasons under head coach Nick Sirianni. The Commanders reached the NFC Championship for the first time since 1991.
