Serena Williams' husband, Alexis Ohanian, recently shared an intriguing observation about his drinking habits. He also made a playful reference to red wine to demonstrate the condition.

Ohanian, a tech entrepreneur and co-founder of the renowned social media platform Reddit, is also the founder of the venture capital firm Seven Seven Six. He has also made notable strides in supporting women's sports, including organizing the all-women's track event, Athlos NYC, in September last year.

Ohanian often shares his thoughts and opinions with fans online. Recently, he expressed skepticism about possibly having a psychological condition akin to Pavlovian responses. The Reddit co-founder revealed that, although he doesn’t drink much these days, he often craves a glass of red wine with a meal, comparing the urge to the psychological condition.

"I don't drink as much these days, but the one thing I really look forward to is a glass of red wine with a meal. Is it Pavlovian? I dunno...," he wrote on X.

For those unfamiliar, Pavlovian conditioning is a type of learning where a person or animal develops an automatic response to a stimulus after being repeatedly exposed to it. The concept originates from the experiments of Ivan Pavlov.

Ohanian married 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams in 2017, nearly two months after the birth of their eldest daughter, Olympia, who is currently 7 years old. Their younger daughter, Adira, was born in 2023.

Alexis Ohanian organized a Q&A session on his Instagram story last year. A fan asked the 41-year-old about his favorite part of being a 'girl dad,' to which he replied by writing:

"Great question! My favourite part of being a girl dad is that I get to learn all these wonderful, unique, different things that make my little girls, little girls. And I grew up with sisters, I am obviously a dude, and I am a very proud girl dad," he said.

Ohanian revealed that being a "girl dad" is a unique and rewarding experience, constantly offering him new things to learn.

"Because they are just, they are different and its awesome. I feel like I am always learning something new. And they are so sweet, very nicer, very kinder than I was at their age that's for sure. And it only gets better," he added.

Notably, Ohanian has turned making pancakes for his daughters a beloved ritual, often sharing these moments online. He also enjoys outings with his elder daughter Olympia, regularly indulging her interests.
