Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian reacts to getting two fan stars as a long-time supporter of Washington Commanders

Tennis legend Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian has long been an ally of the NFL team Washington Commanders. The Reddit co-founder claims that he has been innately devoted to the team as his father too was a fellow Redskin.

Ohanian took to his Instagram to share his reaction to being given two fan stars by the Commanders on the Washington Post after being their loyal fan for such a long time.

"Two stars. I'll take it," said Ohanian.

Ohanian is often found in stadiums cheering for his team live or with his daughter at home. No matter the place, it is ensured that if the commanders are on the field, Alexis Ohanian will tune in.

Serena Williams' husband used his immense fan instincts to predict in August 2024 that his team would have 10 wins in the season and WR Terry McLaurin would have eight touchdowns.

However, the Braves upped his expectations by having 12 wins and Terry, 13 touchdowns.

However, Ohanian was quick to update his followers on the team's achievements and claimed that he would never think less of them ever again.

Alexis Ohanian has been a fan of the NFL team Washington Commanders through and through. The American entrepreneur shared a post on X reflecting on one of the many experiences he has had with his dad as he gets pumped up for their next game.

"But we'll all feel you in Philly. I watched this with my dad from my mom's hospital room; I'd snuck in a 6 pack and we screamed as you dove over the goal line. Anybody. Anywhere. Anytime. @commanders," he said.

Earlier, Ohanian also shared in one of his posts that he helped his dad build a Commanders' wall in his man cave with his collectibles.

Taking from his father, the Reddit co-founder too is raising his and Serena's daughters, Olympia and Adira, to be fellow Redskin stans soon. He was seen making a pancake with the Commanders logo for his daughters in the clip below:

Apart from the NFL, Ohanian also supports several women's sports like Soccer, track and field and college basketball.

Come what may for the Redskins, Alexia Ohanian will surely be rooting for them this Sunday, 26 January 2025, at 3 pm ET as they take on the Philadelphia Eagles at the NFC Championships.
