Since erupting on the scene in 2012 with his sophomore album "Good Kid, M.A.A.D City," the 37-year-old has solidified his name as one of the leading names in the industry. The singer-songwriter is estimated to be worth $140 million as per Celebrity Net Worth.

Lamar, 37, debuted "GNX," his first studio effort since 2022, to rave reviews. The set launched atop the Billboard 200 albums chart in America, selling 319,000 album-equivalent units (which accounts for both physical copies and digital sales). Ohanian too gave a shout-out to the highly-anticipated album during its launch, sharing Kendrick's own social media post promoting the album.

The album has already spawned a No. 1 massive hit in its lead single "Squabble Up." "TV Off," another single from the LP has debuted and peaked at No. 2.

Notably, both Lamar and Williams hail from Compton, situated south of downtown Los Angeles, known for its high crime rates as well as its impact on modern hip-hop. In many of his tunes, Lamar contemplates the difficulties of growing up in a tough neighbourhood.

Known for his passion for supporting women's sports, Ohanian last year launched "Althos," a female-only track and field extravaganza that seeks to revolutionize the sport. After drawing around 3 million viewers across platforms, the highly-publicized event is set to make a comeback in 2025.
