Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian salutes $110 million NBA legend & father-of-5 Chris Bosh for his dedication to parenting

Serena Williams' husband, Alexis Ohanian, recently paid tribute to Chris Bosh for his dedicated approach to parenting. Bosh, whose net worth is estimated at $110 million (according to Celebrity Net Worth), is a father of three sons and two daughters with wife Adrienne Williams. Ohanian himself is a doting father of two daughters with his legendary wife, a 23-time singles Major champion who is widely regarded as one of the best to ever play tennis.

Ohanian, the Reddit co-founder, recently invited Bosh to his Business Dad podcast and had a lengthy and deep discussion with the 11-time NBA All-Star and Olympic gold winner. He later took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his key takeaways from his conversation with Bosh, which was all about how the basketball legend managed to achieve a fine balance between being a successful athlete and a committed father.

"Take advantage of every moment of rest... The first thing he did after every season ended was to pack up the family and go on vacation. For him and his wife, these moments of rest were essential to take immediately," Ohanian wrote.

"But "rest" has to include the kids. When you're a busy high-performing athlete, it can be tempting to want to be alone the second the schedule stops. But Chris strives to prioritize his kids in those moments, even if it's a small thing—like making breakfast," he added.

Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian went on to shed light on how significant it is for Bosh to influence youngsters positively, writing:

"In general, being a positive influence for young people is very important to him. He remembers the people in his young life who wanted to help him out just because. Now, he aspires to be that guy for others. Loved this. When you lead with generosity, it always comes back."

In July 2024, Ohanian made a revealing admission about the change that came about in him after becoming a father.

Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian became parents for the first time in September 2017 with the birth of their daughter Olympia, around two months before they married.

The power couple welcomed their second daughter, Adira River, to the world, in 2023. In July last year, Ohanian shared a clip from his podcast on Instagram, in which he highlighted how his perspective on life took a major turn after Olympia's birth.

"One of the things that really changed my life was becoming a father. One of the reasons for that was I realized that after spending so much of my life really focused on myself and building my career, I now had this little human who I just cared so much more about than anything else," Ohanian said.

Apart from being a loving husband to Serena Williams and a doting father to Olympia and Adira River, Ohanian has also taken major steps to secure his daughters' respective futures. He has made both his daughters co-owners of Angel City FC and Los Angeles Golf Club alongside him, his wife Williams and several other high-profile names.
