Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian shares his feelings on raising daughters Olympia and Adira as 'Daddy's girls' with 'high standards' for dating

Serena Williams' husband, Alexis Ohanian, has humorously shed light on his parenting philosophy to ensure that their daughters Olympia and Adira grow up to be "Daddy's girls." The Reddit co-founder related to a playful clip from American entertainment reporter Zuri Hall, who joked about her father being more skilled at everything than any romantic partner.

Ohanian is very involved in his daughters' lives and extracurricular activities, frequently hitting the golf course with his daughter Olympia and volunteering for her ballet recitals, among other activities. He has also started an adorable tradition of making pancake art for both the seven-year-old and Adira. The Reddit co-founder also prioritizes spending quality time with his daughters, including regular family trips to Disney World.

As such, the 41-year-old took notice of American Zuri Hall recently posting an endearing video with the caption, 'When you've been a daddy's girl your whole life.' Hall joked about her "high standards" as she starred with her father, with an audio clip from popular comedian Steve Trevino playing in the background about fathers doing everything better than significant others.

"HIGH STANDARDS over here…but my dad really dooo be the best. ♥️," Hall captioned her Instagram post.

Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian reshared Zuri Hall's video and humorously disclosed that he was raising their daughters Olympia and Adira with the same philosophy regarding dating.

"Basically raising my girls to be this 😏," Ohanian posted on his Instagram story.

Ohanian recently endorsed the belief that providing "unconditional love" was the most important job for parents. He also reflected on feeling "blessed" to have the means to give Olympia and Adira the Christmas gifts he didn't have during his childhood.

In 2020, Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian decided to step down from the Reddit board. The 41-year-old recently disclosed that his career flourished after leaving the platform.

However, Ohanian emphasized that even if his entrepreneurial accomplishments were forgotten, only being remembered by his daughters Olympia and Adira for his pancake art would be a success.

"💪 My career really took off once I left reddit and if my kids are the only people who remember me for anything - and it's my pancakes - that's a major W," he posted.

Serena Williams' husband, Alexis Ohanian, recently also opened up about how his $10 million windfall from the sale of Reddit in 2006 provided him with the financial stability to support his mother Anke during her battle with breast cancer.
