Serena Williams' husband and Reddit co-founder, Alexis Ohanian, shared a throwback picture from 2011 featuring him and his father, Chris, passionately cheering for Washington Commanders. The throwback comes as excitement builds for the Commanders’ much-anticipated NFC Championship game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

In the photo posted on X on January 24, 2025, a younger Ohanian is seen wearing a Commanders jersey with the number 21, blowing into a large yellow horn amidst a sea of enthusiastic fans, while his father stands beside him.

"Circa 2011. So ready for Sunday. Go @Commanders," Ohanian wrote.

The Washington Commanders, valued at $6.3 billion, as per Forbes, are set to face the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field on January 26, 2025, in their first NFC Championship game since 1991. Led by rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels, they secured their spot with a 45-31 win over the Detroit Lions.

Their opponents, the Eagles, are driven by standout running back Saquon Barkley and are vying for their second Super Bowl appearance in three years. The winner of this highly anticipated matchup will secure a coveted spot in Super Bowl LIX, slated for February 9, 2025.

Back in November 2024, Alexis Ohanian shared a picture of a wall decorated with memorabilia and photographs paying tribute to the Washington Commanders, prominently featuring the jersey of late NFL legend Sean Taylor.

He wrote that he and his father Chris worked together to design the display in their home and hinted at adding more collectibles in the future.
