Serena Williams recently shared her experience of playing padel. The 43-year-old posted a compilation video on Instagram, featuring clips of her putting on socks, getting dressed in her playing attire, and finally engaging in the sport.
Later in the clip, the 23-time Major champion humorously recounted her first experience playing Padel, winning three sets and losing one. She shared a moment of frustration when she smashed a ball on the fence.
“Alright! Just like that I finished, basically my first time playing padel. It was really fun and I won three sets and lost one set. Last set. It was the last set. I was tired and I was really angry and I smashed a ball on the fence (laughing). I am actually telling the truth, I really did that. Some things never change (singing)," she said.

Williams retired from tennis in 2022 following her appearance at the US Open. She played her final match in the third round, falling to Ajla Tomljanovic.
