Legendary American gymnast Simone Biles made a dazzling appearance at the 2024 US Open on Wednesday, September 4, and attended compatriot Jessica Pegula's quarterfinal match against top seed Iga Swiatek. Biles arrived at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center on Day 10 of the prestigious tennis tournament.
Pegula delivered a stunning performance, winning the match 6-2, 6-4 against Swiatek to reach her maiden Grand Slam singles semifinals. Alongside Pegula, Emma Navarro also advanced to the semifinals, making this the second consecutive year that two American women have reached the US Open semifinals.
On the men's side, Taylor Fritz and Frances Tiafoe have also progressed to the semifinals. This year marks the first time since 2003 that two American men and two American women have simultaneously reached the US Open’s final four, signaling a resurgence in American tennis dominance.
Biles, widely regarded as one of the greatest gymnasts of all time, has won a total of 11 Olympic medals, including seven golds. The American's journey has been marked by numerous accolades, including her recent success at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where she added four more medals to her collection.
Dressed in a chic light blue jacket, white crop top, matching pants, and sneakers, Biles arrived at the venue, posed for the cameras, and interacted with the media.

Fritz defeated Zverev in a thrilling match, while Navarro bested Badosa to reach her first Grand Slam semifinal.
