"So cool" - Coco Gauff puts US Open 2024 exit behind her with enjoyable visit to Childish Gambino concert in Florida

Coco Gauff recently shared pictures from a Childish Gambino concert. Gauff concluded her campaign at the 2024 US Open with a loss to Emma Navarro in the Round of 16.

Gauff seemed to be in a relaxed mood at Childish Gambino's New World Tour in Florida. The 20-year-old also recommended the concert to her followers.

Gauff shared a flurry of pictures from her time at the concert on Instagram. In one of her stories, she wrote:

"This is the only video where for most of it I'm not singing in the back. Anyways I had a time. And finally got to hear this song Les and bonfire live."

"This was so cool," Gauff wrote in another story.

Coco Gauff reflects upon US Open 2024 loss to Emma Navarro

Coco Gauff lost to Emma Navarro in the fourth round at the 2024 US Open. Gauff's performance at the Arthur Ashe Stadium was error-laden as she made 19 double faults in the match.

Navarro was dominant from the first set which she clinched 6-3. While the defending champion made an impressive comeback in the second set to win it 6-4, Navarro capitalized on Gauff's errors to win the final set 6-3 and qualified for the second Grand Slam quarterfinals of her career.

In the post-match press conference, Gauff opened up about the mistakes that cost her a place in the quarters. She said (via the US Open):

"Overall, I think I played well for the most part. I just didn't take care of my serve, so that was the biggest difference. Too many free points on my serve."

Gauff was eliminated by Emma Navarro for the second consecutive time in Grand Slams this season, the first time being the 2024 Wimbledon Championships where the World No. 3 lost the match in straight sets.
