Taylor Fritz's chivalry wins girlfriend Morgan Riddle's heart as she appreciates his attention to "little things"

Taylor Fritz’s girlfriend Morgan Riddle has shared sweet details about the American No. 1 tennis player’s love and consideration towards her.

After making an early exit from the 2023 Australian Open, Fritz returned to his home country to train ahead of his next tournament. The World No. 8, however, hasn’t let his busy schedule get in the way of his personal life. Fritz’s longtime girlfriend Morgan Riddle has made it known to all of their fans and well-wishers.

Riddle shared a private conversation between the two with fans on social media, which showcased Fritz’s thoughtfulness towards her. The messages show Fritz had voluntarily ordered her favorite food, keeping in mind her day’s schedule.

“Also I ordered Uber eats. Let them in pls. Like in next 10 mins,” Fritz wrote.

“Stop I’m starving what did you order. Why didn’t you ask me,” Morgan Riddle commented.

“Cause I knew what u wanted. And got u food. But made sure to just get enough. To hold u over. Cause u have dinner,” the reigning Indian Wells Masters champion responded.

The 25-year-old’s benevolence and attention to detail had Riddle impressed.

“Little things,” she wrote with a heart emoji.

Taylor Fritz fails to create magic at Australian Open 2023 despite near-perfect performance at inaugural United Cup

Taylor Fritz had a near-perfect start to his 2023 campaign. The American No. 1 commenced his season by representing his home country in the inaugural edition of the United Cup.

He accumulated four wins (defeating Jiri Lehecka, Alexander Zverev, Hubert Hurkacz and Matteo Berrettini) and registered just one loss, to Great Britain’s Cameron Norrie. Fritz’s victory against Berrettini in the final aided Team USA to glory as they lifted the title.

Fritz, however, had a short stint at the 2023 Australian Open and was unable to defend his fourth-round showing from 2022. The tournament No. 8 seed, who was dubbed as one of the favorites to win the Grand Slam Down Under, survived his opening round four-setter clash against Nikoloz Basilashvili but went down against home hope Alexei Popyrin in five-sets in the second round 6-7 (4), 7-6 (2), 6-4, 6-7 (6), 6-2.

The American is now scheduled to take part in the ATP 250 Dallas Open between February 6-12. Other notable players to feature in the tournament are Frances Tiafoe, Ben Shelton, Reilly Opelka, John Isner and Jiri Lehecka.
