Tennis legend Pete Sampras steps into the spotlight with a rare public appearance
Pete Sampras was recently seen making a rare public appearance while picking up coffee. Known for his private lifestyle, this marked his first sighting in nearly a year, following a controversial moment during a similar outing.
Last year, Sampras shared his wife Bridgette Wilson's ovarian cancer diagnosis, sharing their family's difficult journey through her major surgery, and chemotherapy.
A month after this revelation, Sampras was in the headlines when the Daily Mail US labeled him "completely unrecognizable" during a coffee run, a description that sparked backlash from the tennis community.
In his recent appearance, the American tennis icon stepped out in a gray Nike T-shirt and black sunglasses to grab coffee from Starbucks.
Coco Gauff shares insights into her preseason struggles
Coco Gauff hilariously opened up about the challenges she faces during preseason training, admitting that she often feels like quitting midway through each workout but pushes herself to finish. Gauff ended the 2024 season on a high, claiming her maiden WTA Finals title.
In late November, as her preseason training began, Gauff shared a funny post about her struggles. The American tennis star uploaded a photo of a car parked unusually close to a wall with the caption:
"How close I am to quitting in the middle of every workout so far this preseason, but quitting ain’t cute so we finish."
Coco Gauff will represent the USA at the 2025 United Cup, alongside Taylor Fritz, Denis Kudla, Danielle Collins, Robert Galloway, and Desirae Krawczyk.

During a lighthearted segment with Italian TV host Piero Chiambretti, Sinner was asked about the number of backstabbers he'd encountered on tour.
"But how many snakes are there on the ATP circuit?" Chiambretti humorously asked (Translated from Italian).
Sinner, laughing, pretended not to understand the question and declined to answer.
"No, I didn't understand this one," Sinner hesitantly said, laughing.
