“The Emma Raducanu nice mask slips again" - Fans slam Brit for liking a post mocking Iga Swiatek's controversial Australian Open incident

Tennis fans recently expressed their disapproval towards Emma Raducanu for liking a post that mocked Iga Swiatek's controversial tactics used during her semifinal match at the 2025 Australian Open. Swiatek had faced eventual champion Madison Keys in the final four at the Melbourne Major.

This year, Iga Swiatek was seeded second at the Australian Open and triumphed over the likes of Katerina Siniakova and Emma Raducanu. However, the Pole succumbed to a surprising semifinal loss to Madison Keys, ending her run at the Australian Major.

Following Swiatek's match against Keys, a social media post circulated online. The post seemingly mocked the former World No.1 for employing controversial delaying tactics during her match against Keys to disrupt the American's rhythm.

It was seen that Emma Raducanu had apparently liked the post which did not sit well with tennis fans.

Many fans took to social media to criticize Raducanu on the matter. One fan suggested that Raducanu's "nice" facade slipped when she liked the post mocking Swiatek.

While another fan labeled the Brit a "clown" for her actions.

“Emma is really such a clown lol," a fan wrote.

“Girl, who took more MTOs in match with Amanda than games she won in match with Iga ? Sure, honey, whatever can make you feel less salty about it," a fan posted.

“Emmur really hate Iga and to be honest idk why, cause yeah you lost to her everytime but you're not the only one so 💀 ," a fan wrote.
