Team USA have been confirmed as champions of the United Cup after they won both their singles matches in the final against Poland. This is the second tournament win for the Americans while the Poles suffered their second straight loss in a final.
The tie started with Coco Gauff beating Iga Swiatek 6-4, 6-4 to give the Americans a 1-0 lead. Next up, was Taylor Fritz vs Hubert Hurkacz, which produced some scintillating tennis from both players. However, just like in 2023, Fritz sealed victory for the United States, as he triumphed 6-4, 5-7, 7-6(4).
The Americans will win a prize money of $61,250 for their United Cup victory while Poland will bag $35,400. As for the players, Iga Swiatek, Coco Gauff and Taylor Fritz will all receive participation fees of $230,000. Swiatek will pocket an additional $326,700 for her victories, thus taking her tournament earnings to $556,700.
Coco Gauff, who is the MVP of United Cup 2025, will earn an extra $606,950 for her wins, thus taking her total prize money to $836,950. Taylor Fritz won all but one of his matches at the tournament and he will pocket a total of $794,150 ($564,150 from wins).
Hubert Hurkacz will earn a total of $348,100 from the tournament after his performances. In addition to his participation fee of $115,00, the Pole will also pocket $233,100 for his wins.
Czech Republic and Kazakhstan were out in the semifinals of the United Cup. The Kazakhs will receive $20,150 while the Czechs will fetch $14,550. Among players, Elena Rybakina will receive a $230,000 participation fee while bagging an additional $171,200, thus taking her total earnings to $401,200.
Alexander Shevchenko's current ranking will see him earn a participation fee of $34,500, and he will also fetch an extra $162,900 for his wins. The Kazakh will thus bag a total prize money of $197,400.
Zhibek Kulambayeva will earn $18,500 (10,500 participation fee + 8,000 for mixed doubles win) while Aleksandr Nedovyesov will pocket 24,500 (16,500 for participation + 8,000 for mixed doubles win). Dmitry Popko will receive a participation fee of $15,750.
Karolina Muchova will pocket an entry fee of $69,000 along with $128,400 for her wins across singles and mixed doubles. The 2023 French Open runner-up will thus earn a total of $197,400 from the United Cup. Tomas Machac's performances will also fetch him the same amount.
Marek Gengel will earn a participation fee of $10,500 while Gabriela Knutson will earn $15,750. Patrik Rikl's doubles ranking will see him earn $21,000 while Vendula Valdmannova will pocket $6,600 for her participation.
