Aryna Sabalenka hilariously joined a discussion between two Sky Sports reporters where the focal point of discussion was the Belarusian's performances. She questioned the reporters if they were speaking 'good things' about her.

Sabalenka is currently at the 2024 WTA Finals in Riyadh as the top seed. She got off to a stellar start when she defeated seventh seed Zheng Qinwen 6-3, 6-4, in what was her fourth victory over the Chinese this season. She then clinched her second win over the fourth seed Jasmine Paolini 6-3, 7-5, and booked a spot in the semifinals of the event.

Though she is a fiery competitor on the court, the Belarusian's quirky personality outside tennis is a joy to behold for tennis fans. She often comes up with hilarious TikToks, engages in banter with the reporters, etc.

The Sky Sports reporters were recently discussing how the 26-year-old has been riveting at the year-end finals despite the pressure of defending her World No. 1 ranking against Iga Switaek. Sabalenka, who was practicing nearby hilariously joined the discussion and asked the reporters if they were talking about her.

"I think, you know to have all that pressure knowing that you want to finish the season at year-end number one, to know going into the tournament what has to be done... Yes, hello."

"Are you guys talking about me?" Sabalenka asked.

When the three-time Major champion was told that she was being praised for her recent performances, she hilariously asked them to continue their reporting and went away, leaving the reporters in splits.

"We're saying very nice things."

"Good things?" the World No. 1 questioned again.

"It's really good. You've been a standout player of this tournament, you've been playing so well. Are you happy with how you played?"

"Just keep saying whatever you say. Keep it," the Belarusian quipped.

Funnily, Aryna Sabalenka had also recently convinced Iga Swiatek to join her in making a TikTok.

Aryna Sabalenka will play Elena Rybakina in the final group-stage match of the 2024 WTA Finals

Aryna Sabalenka's final opponent in the group stages of the 2024 WTA Finals will be her longtime rival and the fifth seed Elena Rybakina. The game will be the 10th meeting between the two women. The Belarusian currently leads their head-to-head 6-3. However, the Kazakh has clinched her three wins in their last five matches.

Rybakina hasn't had the best of outings in Riyadh this year as she has lost both of her matches so far. She lost her opening match to Jasmine Paolini (5)6-7, 4-6, and then the next one to Zheng Qinwen (4)6-7, 6-3, 3-6. This means that she doesn't have a chance to make it to the semifinals.

The winner of the match between Paolini and Qinwen will grab a semifinal spot in this year's WTA Finals alongside Aryna Sabalenka.
