Coco Gauff hilariously enacted Andrey Rublev's on-court grunt while training for the Australian Open 2025. The American is currently gearing up for the first Grand Slam of the year and was recently training for it alongside Andrey Rublev.

Amid the practice, she hilariously enacted the grunt Rublev makes while playing. The tournament officials shared a video on X where she asked Rublev about his grunt.

"How do you grunt?" asked Gauff.

Making the sound, Rublev replied:

"I don't know, Bweh?"

Following this, the 20-year-old added:

"Okay, I am gonna try that."

The video further showcased Coco Gauff practicing the sport while imitating Rublev's grunt, and the latter was left silent, playing his turn without his on-court grunt. The video's caption read:

"@CocoGauff out here asking the tough questions of @AndreyRublev97"

Gauff started her 2025 season on a good note by helping the USA win the United Cup title after defeating Iga Swiatek, 6-4, 6-4. The player also ended her 2024 season on a terrific note by winning the WTA Finals title after besting Qinwen Zheng, 3-6, 6-4, 7-6(2). She will kickstart her Australian Open 2025 campaign against former champion Sofia Kenin.

The United States dominated the United Cup after Coco Gauff and Taylor Fritz delivered clutch performances against their respective opponents. In the post-match interview, Gauff spoke about her victory against World No. 2 Iga Swiatek, saying that she was excited, as this was the only team event she has ever won in her career.

"It's great to win a team event, the only team event I've ever won, so I'm super excited," said Coco Gauff, as per usopen.org. "I have the belief that I'm one of the best players in the world. When I play good tennis, I'm hard to beat. Today I think I played some great tennis. I'm glad I was able to get a point for Team USA. It was tough today, I'm not going to lie."

Taylor Fritz, who bested Hubert Hurkacz in the final, also spoke about the victory and was ecstatic for Team USA winning the tournament for the second time in three years.

"It's amazing. It's almost more fun to win the team events because you have people to celebrate with afterwards. Coco made it easy for me as the MVP on the team. It definitely helped my job a lot and it's great to get it a second time," Fritz said.

Coco Gauff has won 19 titles in her career, which includes 10 WTA tour singles titles and nine doubles titles.
