Frances Tiafoe and Caroline Wozniacki recently engaged in a fun-filled carpool quiz game with some tennis fans during the 2024 Cincinnati Open. This unique challenge not only tested the fans’ tennis knowledge but also gave them a chance to interact with the players.
This challenge was part of a promotional video for the Cincinnati Open that saw the tennis stars testing fans’ knowledge of the sport, with questions ranging from easy, to medium to hard. The winners had the chance to win the tournament's merchandise.
The carpool quiz game was a hit among the fans, who answered most of the questions correctly. The questions ranged from "Which male tennis player has won the most singles titles at the Cincinnati Open?" to "The Cincinnati Open became a joint ATP and WTA event in what year?".

Tiafoe kicked off his Cincinnati campaign with a 6-3, 7-6 (6) victory over Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, booking his place in the second round where he got better of Olympic bronze medalist and 14th seed Lorenzo Musetti 6-3, 6-2. The American then defeated Jiri Lehecka 6-4, 6-7(10), 7-6(5), to reach the quarterfinals for the first time in the tournament, where he will take on fifth seed Hubert Hurkacz on August 17.
On the other hand, former World No. 1 Wozniacki, who received a wildcard for the event, defeated Anhelina Kalinina 6-2, 6-4 to reach the second round, where she lost 5-7, 4-6 to Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova.

Frances Tiafoe made his debut at the Cincinnati Open in 2015, where he lost 3-6, 2-6 to Nicolas Mahut in the first round of the qualifiers. The American made his main draw debut in the following year, where he cruised past Maximilian Marterer and Alexander Zverev to reach the Round of 16, before losing 6-7(4), 5-7 to compatriot John Isner.
Caroline Wozniacki, on the other hand, made her debut in the Cincinnati Open in 2005, losing 3-6, 0-6 to the top-seed and eventual champion Patty Schnyder in the first round.
In 2014, Wozniacki had her career-best Cincinnati result with a semifinal run, where she lost 6-2, 2-6, 4-6 to the top seed and close friend Serena Williams. The Dane also made the quarterfinals in 2009, 2013, and 2017, losing to Elena Dementieva, Victoria Azarenka, and Karolina Pliskova, respectively.
