Novak Djokovic was all smiles as he met famous cellist Stjepan Hauser backstage at the latter's concert in Belgrade. The 24-time Major winner even received a premium wine collection from his friend as a generous gift.
The 36-year-old won his third Major title of the year at the 2023 US Open. With his triumph, he equalled Margaret Court's record tally of most Grand Slam tournaments won. The Serb is expected to next play at the Paris Masters, which will begin on October 30.
Novak Djokovic has been enjoying himself during his time away from the circuit. The Serb attended Croatian cellist Stjepan Hauser's concert at Belgrade's Stark Arena on Tuesday (October 24). He even entertained fans at the music gig by playing the saxophone.
After the concert, he was treated to a gift from the cellist. Both men exclaimed "Hauser wine", before breaking into a conversation in native Bosnian. The Serb was visibly ecstatic at receiving the wine, which was packaged in an elegant black box.
The 24-time Major winner was also recently spotted watching Serbian soccer club Crvena Zvezda's Champions League group-stage fixture against Switzerland's Young Boys at the Red Star Stadium. They drew the match 2-2, thanks to an 88th minute strike from winger Osman Bukari.

Novak Djokovic has enjoyed a phenomenal season in 2023, winning five titles and earning over US $10 million in prize money. The Serb has won 46 of his 51 matches on the ATP tour this season.
The 36-year-old's biggest titles this year have come at the Australian Open, the French Open and the US Open. Apart from his haul of triumphs at the Majors, he has reigned victorious at the Cincinnati Open and the Adelaide International.
He has also broken multiple records this year. They include surpassing Steffi Graf's record of most weeks at World No. 1, overtaking Rafael Nadal's all-time men's Major titles record of 22, and surpassing Roger Federer's all-time men's Major semifinal record of 46.
The Serb is also looking to win his 2nd Davis Cup title later this season, when Serbia play the knockout stage of the 2023 Davis Cup Finals at Malaga, Spain in November. He guided his home country to their first-ever triumph at the team event in 2010, beating France 3-0 in the summit clash.
