Stefanos Tsitsipas and his girlfriend, Paula Badosa, shared an adorable moment with each other ahead of the Australian Open. Both the players are in Melbourne for their respective 2025 Australian Open campaigns.

Stefanos Tsitsipas faces Alex Michelsen on Monday, January 13. Meanwhile, his girlfriend, Paula Badosa moved to the second round of the 2025 Australian Open after she defeated Wang Xinyu 6-3, 7-6(7) on Sunday.

During the tournament, both players shared a cute moment, seemingly ahead of their preparation for the match. Paula hilariously yet adorably played with Tsitsipas' nose, highlighting their sweet bond.

The couple first met each other during the 2020 Australian Open, but their story started in May 2023, during the Italy Open. The Greek athlete made a bet with himself that he would approach her if she won the match. The couple briefly split up in May 2024 but got back together after three weeks.

Tsitsipas wrapped up his 2024 season after competing at the Paris Masters. He reached the quarterfinals but fell short of advancing further, being bested by Alexander Zverev, 7-5, 6-4. Badosa concluded her 2024 journey after competing at the Ningbo Open, where she had to withdraw in the semifinal due to health concerns.

Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa were recently featured in Hola magazine. The couple posed adorably with each other and spoke about their first meeting. The Greek player revealed that it was love at first sight for him after he saw her at the 2020 Australian Open.

“The first time I noticed Paula was when I saw her at the 2020 Australian Open, playing on center court. It was love at first sight and I was completely mesmerized," said Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Following him, Paula Badosa opened up about how Tsitsipas came into her life and became one of her biggest supporters. She also said that he brought fresh air with him into her life.

"I met Stef just after I got injured. It was one of the hardest seasons for me, because I had never gone so many months without playing tennis, and he gave me the happiness, support, and fresh air, that I so needed at that time. The truth is that I felt very lucky that some light came into my life at such a dark time," Paula Badosa said.

Stefanos Tsitsipas has won 11 ATP tour titles in his career, including the 2021, 2022, and 2024 ATP Masters 1000 Monte Carlo.
