Taylor Fritz recently gave tennis coaching to his girlfriend Morgan Riddle during an adorable date the couple had. It was Riddle's "first time hitting on clay."
Fritz is currently competing on the European claycourt swing. Though the American had a poor start, losing in his opening round at the Monte-Carlo Masters, he found his rhythm later, making it to the latter stages in all of them. He reached the final in Munich, the final four of the Madrid Open, and the final eight of the Italian Open.
The American is playing at the Geneva Open this week ahead of the French Open.

Ahead of his Geneva campaign, Fritz is currently enjoying his time off and went on a tennis date on a claycourt with his girlfriend Morgan Riddle. Riddle took to Instagram stories, where she shared a couple of photos from her tennis session. Admitting it was her first time playing on the surface, she captioned one of the stories:

Riddle also shared a video on her account which showed the highlights from the couple's date. She then shared a hilarious video on her story where the couple was seen bickering with each other as Taylor Fritz tried to coach Riddle. She captioned it:

Having landed in Switzerland, Morgan Riddle shared some photos on her Instagram stories, announcing the couple's arrival in the Playground of Europe. In one of her stories, she made fun of the American No. 1 as they sat to have a meal, calling it his 'new spot' alluding to Fritz's superstition of eating in the same restaurant during tournaments.
In another story, she exclaimed how she couldn't believe that it was Roger Federer who voiced the Waze GPS in Switzerland.
"We just landed in Switzerland and the waze gps voice is federer i am on the floorrrr," wrote Riddle.
Taylor Fritz is seeded third at the Geneva Open and, as a result, has received a bye in the first round. He will face the winner of the first-round match between Aleksandar Kovacevic and Alex Michelsen.
The American No. 1 is in the top half of the draw which also has the World No. 1 Novak Djokovic. Other stars headlining the event are Casper Ruud, Andy Murray and Ben Shelton.
