On October 17 this year, Fritz made a surprise appearance during Norwegian DJ Kygo's performance at the Hollywood Bowl. The American entered the stage while the song 'Stargazing' was being performed and also gave the fans a look at his singing chops.

However, some fans noticed that the 27-year-old, who was sporting a cap, had seemingly bleached his hair blond. The possibility of the tennis star turning his hair blond sent fans into a frenzy.

"A lot of people asking me why? ... No reason other than I just thought it would be funny. After seeing all the reactions and overreactions, I was right, it’s hilarious," Fritz wrote.

However, it seems that Taylor Fritz's blond era has ended. The American No.1 took to Instagram and posted a picture of his original brunette self to announce his return.

Taylor Fritz's girlfriend Morgan Riddle revealed the hilarious conversation that took place between the two of them after the American turned his hair blond. In the hilarious texts she posted on her Instagram, it can be seen that Riddle was also "blindsided" by Fritz turning his hair blond.

It is worth noting that Riddle has objected to the idea of the American bleaching his hair for many years.

"I didn’t think you actually would. I thought you were just getting a hair cut," she wrote in the conversation.

"Oh My God," Riddle added.

"Would just like everyone to know I was also blindsided by this," she said, addressing the fans.

In another story, she joked about how the 27-year-old tennis star now looked like the American DJ Diplo.

Taylor Fritz will now play at the 2024 Nitto ATP Finals where he will be joined by the likes of Jannik Sinner, Alexander Zverev, Carlos Alcaraz, and others.
