Former World No. 1 Boris Becker recently revealed that his daughter had sought his help for some financial advice regarding the fees of the dance reality show 'Let's Dance.'

Becker, a former German tennis professional, declared bankruptcy in 2017. Soon after that, he was awarded two and a half years in prison by the UK courts for hiding assets and loans that the court required him to disclose to creditors. However, in December last year, Becker was released from prison after serving just eight months of his sentence.

In a conversation with the Financial Times (via Promiflash), the six-time Grand Slam winner revealed that his 22-year-old daughter Anna Ermakova, who is currently winning hearts on 'Let's Dance,' took Becker's advice seriously.

"I can actually handle numbers quite well, believe it or not. We talked a bit about her fee and she trusted my advice, how to bluff," Boris Becker said.

The three-time Wimbledon winner had earlier expressed his pride at the sight of his daughter's stunning dance moves on the set of the German dance television series.

"Proud dad! Well done Anna Ermakova," Becker wrote on social media.

Ermakova captivated the judges and audience with her exceptional skills and received the highest score. As a result of her standout performance, the model was given a wildcard.

Having spent eight months in jail in the United Kingdom, Boris Becker reflected on how jail was and how it helped change his perspective of the world.

The tennis icon recently attended the Berlin Film Festival to promote "Boom! Boom! The World vs. Boris Becker," a documentary that is based on his life. Speaking about his time after being released from prison there, Becker stated that he was very happy to leave prison and that he views the world differently now.

“It feels great to be free, and at peace with myself. We all have to improve ourselves. Whether that is possible is another question. I’m very pleased that after six months I was able to leave prison,” Boris Becker said.
“I see the world with a different perception. I’m able to rebuild my life, and I hope the film shows a facet of my life that is not so known.”

Novak Djokovic, who was coached by Becker during the early 2010s, is also rumored to appear in the documentary.
