Paula Badosa posted a hilarious clip of her smashing the ball at her boyfriend, Stefanos Tsitsipas, and making a joke about it. The couple recently won the Mixed Madness event at the US Open which is a part of the Grand Slam's Fan Week.
Tsitsipas and Badosa competed in an exhibition mixed doubles event which also featured the teams of Nick Kyrgios and Naomi Osaka, Taylor Fritz and Amanda Anisimova, and Ben Shelton and Coco Gauff.
The tournament was held in a one-set knockout format, with Kyrgios and Osaka facing the American duo of Fritz and Anisimova in the first semifinal. The American kicked things off with a comfortable 6-2 win to reach the final.
In the other semifinal, it was the duo of Badosa and Tsitsipas that knocked out the other semi-finalists, the team of reigning US Open champion Gauff and last year's semifinalist Ben Shelton, by a 6-4 scoreline to set up a final against Fritz and Anisimova.
Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa defeated yet another American duo in the final to win the inaugural US Open Mixed Madness a scoreline of 6-3.
Paula Badosa took to Instagram to share a clip of, what seems like, the duo practicing together before their mixed doubles exhibition campaign. In the clip, the Spaniard can be seen hitting a smash at her boyfriend who tries to dodge the ball.
Sharing it on her Instagram story, Badosa made a joke about the clip.
"When he says he ate all your chocolate @stefanostsitsipas #sorrynotsorry," she wrote.
