Carlos Alcaraz successfully defended his Wimbledon title by beating Novak Djokovic 6-2, 6-2, 7-6(4) in the final. The Spaniard thus won his fourth Grand Slam title.

Alcaraz was dominant throughout the match and made easy work of Djokovic, handing him his first straight-set defeat at a Wimbledon final since 2013. He thus won his third title of the 2024 season, having previously triumphed at the French Open and the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells.

Carlos Alcaraz's Wimbledon exploits will fetch him a whopping £2,700,000 while Djokovic will earn £1,400,000 for finishing as the runner-up. Fifth seed Daniil Medvedev and 25th seed Lorenzo Musetti will both pocket £715,000 for their semifinal runs.

World No. 1 Jannik Sinner, Ninth seed Alex de Minaur, 13th seed Taylor Fritz and 12th seed Tommy Paul were all eliminated in the quarterfinals and they will each receive £375,000. Fourth seed Alexander Zverev and tenth seed Grigor Dimitrov were among the eight players who lost in the fourth round, and they will each earn £226,000.

The 16 players who lost in the third round of Wimbledon 2024 will each receive £143,000 while those who were beaten in the second round will be paid £93,000 each. The individuals who lost in the opening round of the London Major will each receive £60,000.

Players who failed to qualify for the main draw at the London Major will also earn prize money, with the ones reaching the final qualifying round earning £40,000. The individuals who lost in the second round will each earn £25,000 while those who were out in the first round will pocket £15,000.

The unseeded pair of Harri Heliovaara and Henry Patten won the men's doubles title at Wimbledon 2024. They beat the 15th-seeded Aussie duo of Jordan Thompson and Max Purcell 6-7(7), 7-6(8), 7-6(9) in a thrilling final.

The Finnish-English pair will earn £650,000 while the Aussies will pocket £330,000. The pairs who lost in the semifinals of the grass-court Major will each bag £167,000 while those who lost in the quarterfinals will earn £84,000.

The teams who were ousted in the third round will each pocket £42,000 while those that lost in the second round will fetch £25,000. The pairs who lost in the opening round of the men's doubles event at the London Major will each pocket £15,750.
